Embodied by Design: Under Pressure

The second of a nine-part series exploring the Human Design centers, this immersive two-and-a-half-hour experience invites you to explore the Root Center through more than information alone.

Together, we will move beyond the traditional workshop format and into a guided journey of reflection, breath, movement, sound, and energetic awareness. Through experiential learning, you will begin to notice how the Root Center may influence your relationship with pressure, urgency, stress, momentum, stillness, and the need to get things done.

Whether your Root Center is open or defined, this experience offers space to feel the difference—not as something to fix, but as something to understand. You will be guided through practices designed to help you recognize conditioned patterns, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and explore what becomes possible when pressure is no longer something you have to become.
